Saito's began as a family dream, brought to life by a family who arrived in the United States with a passion for sharing authentic Japanese cuisine. From the very first table, the mission was simple: create an experience that honors Japanese culinary tradition while bringing families together through fire, flavor, and genuine hospitality.

That vision quickly resonated with South Florida communities, and what started as one restaurant expanded to six locations in just a few years. Today, Saito's is proud to be celebrating 25 years of excellence — continuing to honor its heritage through refined craftsmanship, warm hospitality, and an unforgettable dining experience.

The First Table — Saito's opens its first location in South Florida, introducing the community to authentic Japanese hibachi dining.
