Saito's satisfies Japanese cravings for sushi, sashimi and hibachi
The Wellington eatery is part of a Florida chain with five restaurants. Its décor makes you feel as if you're in Japan. For the most fun, try eating hibachi-style with a group of friends.

Saito's Japanese Steakhouse in Boynton Beach
First impression: Right away you can see what a fun place Saito's Japanese Steakhouse can be. A highly skilled hibachi chef is entertaining a party, throwing a knife and catching it behind his back. But this is not a place for hibachi alone. The large, almost daunting, menu has everything — from stir fry to the expected teriyaki and tempura. Sushi choices alone top 75. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of ingredients and subtle cooking, much more sophisticated than a typical chain restaurant. There are five locations in South Florida and a sixth is planned for Boca Raton.

Palm Beach Post Food Reviews
Saito's is the place in CityPlace for the fish-loving family. Sure, Mark's and Tsunami are elegant destinations, and Cheesecake Factory offers some dandy seafood, but the informality of Saito's and the show the chefs put on at the hibachi tables will make everyone in the family comfortable, young and old, sushi lover or not.
